We are looking for a Team Manager to join Krissy Stoutley in our Aldinga Beach office! This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and highly organised professional who is eager to grow their career within a high-performing and supportive team environment. Working closely alongside Krissy, you will play a key role in contributing to the team’s ongoing success while developing your own skillset under the guidance of an accomplished and results-driven agent. She is passionate about fostering a positive team culture and is looking for a like-minded individual who is driven, collaborative, and ready to take the next step in their career. Importantly, this role offers a genuine pathway for growth. Krissy is committed to mentoring and developing her Team Manager into a sales agent, providing hands-on support, guidance, and opportunities to build confidence and capability within the industry as the team continues to expand.

As the Team Manager, you will drive the team to success with your:

  • Effective and efficient project management ie management and organisation of listings, sales, property marketing, liaising with trades and arranging keys, liaising with conveyancers and finance brokers, for each property their sales agent lists and sells.
  • Operational management of the Stoutley team
  • Exceptional client service and management

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate in a similar role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
  • The ability to manage a dynamic working environment
  • An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail
  • Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
