What your day will look like:
- Effective and efficient project management ie management and organisation of listings, sales, property marketing, arranging keys, liaising with trades, stylists, conveyancers and finance brokers, for each property
- Operational management of the Sergeant team
- Exceptional client service and management

Who you are:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
- The ability to manage a dynamic working environment
- An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail
- Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
