The Role:
Our Leasing Partner Cadets join Harris as entry-level employees and are supported with a structured career pathway from day one.
Starting in our award-winning Property Management team in the Glenelg office, you’ll complete your industry qualifications (funded by Harris). Once qualified, you’ll step into a Leasing Partner role, working alongside our respected Property Managers and building your career in real estate.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you can bring your best self to work. It will suit someone who is organised, self-driven and confident working with limited direction, enjoys being out on the road meeting clients face-to-face, and thrives in a close-knit, supportive team.

What your day will look like:
- Attending inspections including routines, opens, in-goings and outgoings
- Screening applications
- Matching prospective tenants to properties
- Timely and professional communication with clients
- Supporting a Property Management POD
Who you are:

- Self-motivation with a passion for outstanding client service
- An ability to prioritise and organise daily activities
- Exceptional time-management skills and great attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of team members and clients
- The ability to work autonomously with limited direction while contributing positively to a team environment
