We’re on the lookout for a full-time, experienced Co-Agent to join the highly successful Matt Sergeant Team, based at our North office.

What your day will look like:

  • Assisting Matt with daily prospecting, attending open inspections, management of listings and sales
  • Database management and generation of appraisal leads
  • Supporting high-level property campaigns and delivering standout service that reflects Matt’s brand
  • Administration tasks such as diary management, vendor and buyer communication, and project management
  • Meeting individual and team KPI’s and budgets
  • Exceptional customer service and client management

Who you are/requirements for this role:

  • A current Real Estate License (essential)
  • Experience in Real Estate (preferred)
  • Experience in CRM systems (preferably Agent Box)
  • High level of customer service
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistent high attention to detail
  • Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
  • An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
