Co-Agent / Team Manager to Dorman Team

Description

We are currently searching for a part-time or full-time Co-Agent / Team Manager to work within the Dorman team based at our coastal Glenelg office.

This person will be responsible for driving the team’s business plan, managing diaries, booking appointments, coordinating listings and sales, and liaising with our administration team ensuring paperwork is accurate and in line with Harris best practice, all whilst proving exemplary customer service to every client.

What your day will look like:

  • Effective and efficient project management – management and organisation of appraisals and listings, sales, property marketing, liaising with trades and arranging keys, liaising with conveyancers and finance brokers, for each property their sales agent lists and sells.
  • Communicating with and managing vendors and buyers
  • Attending appraisals, open inspections, building inspections and valuations when required
  • Operational management of the Dorman team
  • Exceptional client service and management

Who you are:

  • Current Sales Representative Licence and available to work Saturdays when required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
  • The ability to manage a dynamic working environment
  • An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail
  • Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
