Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic junior medical Clinic Practitioner to join our expanding team across multiple clinic locations in central London. As a Clinical Practitioner, you will work closely with our experienced teams to provide high-quality treatments and services to our patients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the field of aesthetics, have excellent interpersonal skills, and are committed to delivering safe and exceptional patient experiences.
Primary Responsibilities:
Be an ambassador for The Academy Clinic and Harley Academy (this may include participating in our social media campaigns and footage)Keep patient safety and satisfaction at the heart of your practiceDeliver a superb clinic serviceComplete authentic, accurate and full documentation of all patient contactAssist with complications, complaint and concern management with patients (escalating where appropriate)
Treatment scope:
Upper face toxinPeri-oral toxin (gummy smile and lip flip)Lower face toxin (massetters, DAO, chin)Platysma toxinFiller treatments (excluding non-surgical rhinoplasty, upper orbit, forehead and glabella treatments)Profhilo & Profhilo StructuraPolynucleotidesReviews / Complications management Skin Analysis and care plansMicroneedling (Optional)Chemical Peels (Optional)Additional training may be provided if needed. The ideal candidate can independently perform and has experience offering the majority of these treatments.
