Description

Due to continued growth and our commitment to remaining industry leaders, we’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to play a pivotal role in strengthening brand presence, generating leads and supporting continued business expansion. This is a unique internal position supporting two well established WA businesses operating under one ownership group:

Hamptons Group industry leaders in plantation shutters

Heatseal Pty Ltd industry leaders in window manufacturing and double-glazing solutions

 

About the role:

This is a unique role that offers autonomy and variety as a newly created position, bringing in-house the expertise of a digital marketing SME who can drive the digital growth of our companies. Our head office (and this position) is based in Wangara, WA, while our primary manufacturing hub operates out of Bunbury, WA. From time to time, travel to Bunbury may be required for marketing activities. This is very much a hands-on, stand a-alone position which means you play a pivotal role in our companies’ success.  You could be out of the office creating video content to being behind the desk planning our digital market strategies to sitting in management meetings sharing analytical reporting and lead generation data.

Overall the key focus areas you will be responsible for are;

  • Creating and executing 90-day and 12-month marketing plan (channels, budgets, targets, priorities)
  • Develop and maintain structured content calendars aligned with promotions, seasonal demand, and business priorities
  • Planning and producing content, managing social media platforms, coordinating campaigns
  • Manage analytics including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM conversion tracking
  • Improving website optimisation, supporting lead generation activities and ensure ongoing SEO optimisation
  • Coordinator with external suppliers to manage tailored advertising and marketing campaigns (ie radio, TV, print,)
  • Analysing and reporting data, trends, lead optimisations and conversions
  • Adhoc marketing and advertising tasks ie. creation of marketing materials and brand displays

About You:

This is a key role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, who enjoys taking ownership of marketing from idea through to execution. You will be someone who is motivated to deliver impactful results and thinks outside the box.

You will require;

  • 5 years+ “hands-on” Digital Marketing experience, creating and managing social media content and strategies coupled with formal qualifications will be highly regarded
  • Experience working across multiple brands or business divisions, with the ability to successfully plan and execute tailored marketing activities
  • Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta and Google Ads preferred) and confident with analytics (GA4, Tag Manager, conversion tracking)
  • Experience running Google Ads, updating and improving website performance and ensure ongoing SEO and landing page optimisation will be highly regarded
  • Industry experience will be highly regarded in Home Improvements, Window furnishings products or Home Building sector
