For nearly 25 years, Hampton Swim School has been an industry leader with our program innovations, team development and support, and passion for swimming & water safety skills. Our team is growing ready for 2026, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our teaching teams!

Qualifications & experience

• No practical experience required – our industry leading training program will guide you through the knowledge required to be the next superstar teacher, alongside support in attaining industry qualifications!
• CPR Qualification required
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card) mandatory

Tasks & responsibilities

• In water delivery of our innovative swim programs, supported by our teaching team with decades of service with our business.
• Commitment to child safety and protection both in & out of the water.
• Completion of weekly paid online training , and participation in monthly training workshops for ongoing professional development.
• Feedback with your learning – let us know how we can best support your goals and development.
• Opportunities for community contributions & seasonal work, with support of six local school swimming programs, two swim clubs, and Kindy & Daycare visits for our Water Warriors program featuring our mascot – Bruce the Shark!
