THE ROLE
A new opportunity has arisen for an experience executive assistant reporting to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will provide professional executive administrative support in a timely, accurate and confidential manner to the CEO and Managing Director. The role will also support office management of our busy Dry Creek head office. We are looking for someone who is approachable, happy to provide a broad range of support and thrives in a busy office environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
- Greet and welcome customers and external visitors
- Book and coordinate travel – both domestic and international
- Sort and prioritise incoming mail into priority categories
- Coordinate calendars and various meetings, events and catering
- Minute taking and distribution
- Document, collate and coordinate reports, presentations etc.
- Prepare business correspondence including internal communications, letters, reports and other advanced word processing requirements
- Reconcile expense reports
- Contribute to the wider administration network across the Group
- Assist with general office management for our Dry Creek head office
- Work closely with, and support the Senior Leadership Team
QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES
- 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
- Advanced word‑processing skills to support executive‑level documentation and communications.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to comfortably engage a broad range of customers and stakeholders in an industrial setting
- Discreet and professional, with a proven ability to manage highly confidential information.
- Industry experience within construction and mining materials or building products environments (highly regarded)
- Current Driver’s Licence
