THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and forward‑thinking Business Analyst to help us maximise the value of our current ERP system while leading the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role is ideal for someone passionate about modern technology, continuous improvement, and driving meaningful change across the business. You will work closely with teams across the organisation to enhance system capability, simplify processes, and support our journey toward a modern, connected digital environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and optimise ERP systems to ensure reliability, data accuracy, and efficient daily operations.
  • Work with business units to understand needs and improve ERP functionality.
  • Provide functional and technical ERP support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Gather and document business requirements to design effective ERP solutions.
  • Assist with new module rollouts, data migrations, and system integrations.
  • Oversee system upgrades, testing, and rollout activities.
  • Support data uploads and maintain system documentation.
  • Manage user roles, security, and access controls.
  • Coordinate with ERP vendors on issues, enhancements, and support needs.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with strong proficiency in supporting ERP systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business stakeholders, establishing and maintaining effective relationships across departments.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise and keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience in business process analysis and process improvement methodologies.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • ERP system certifications (e.g., Pronto, Microsoft Business Central or similar) are a plus.
  • Experience with change management, implementations and upgrades.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
