Summary:
H.A.G is seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer with strong video creation and
filming capabilities to support our growing Ecommerce and Social Media team.
This role will be responsible for producing high-quality digital design assets and engaging video
content that elevates our brand presence across ecommerce platforms, paid media, email
marketing and social channels. The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and commercially
minded, with a strong understanding of design for online retail and social-first storytelling.
Key Responsibilities – Digital Design & Brand Content:
- Design visually compelling digital assets for use across:
- Ecommerce website banners and promotional tiles/icons/badges
- Social media posts, stories, reels and ads
- EDM/email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce and social teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Page ideation for brand pages, info pages, FAQ’s
- PDP upgrades and uplifts
Key Responsibilities – Digital Design & Brand Content:
- Film and edit short-form video content for:
- Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Websites (desktop, mobile)
- Product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Behind-the-scenes and lifestyle storytelling
- Paid social advertisements
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of video content that strengthens brand engagement and digital performance.
- Create engaging motion graphics and animated content where required.
- Manage video content workflows from concept through to final delivery across digital platforms.
Ecommerce & Product-Focused Creative:
Produce digital product imagery enhancements and graphics that support online conversion.
Support product storytelling through creative layouts, video demonstrations and lifestyle content.
Work closely with ecommerce stakeholders to ensure content supports promotional strategy and
sales objectives.
Creative Collaboration & Workflow:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment.
Contribute ideas to content planning, campaign concepts and social trends.
Working with web based project management tools eg: Trello.
Skills & Experience – Essential:
Proven experience in a digital design role, ideally within retail, ecommerce or lifestyle brands.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and/or
After Effects, Canva and Figma.
Confidence filming and editing video content for social platforms and ecommerce platforms (shopify).
Solid understanding of social-first content trends and best practices.
Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of creative quality.
Desirables/Bonus Points:
Experience designing for ecommerce platforms.
Knowledge of paid social creative formats and performance-driven design.
Motion graphics and animation skills.
Familiar with UX/tools best practice.
