About the Role:  As the Digital & CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising digital marketing strategies and CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. This position will provide support for GWM’s owned, customer-facing digital platforms with the goal of improving brand strength and driving sales.  Be part of a high-performing marketing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, website, SEO/SEM, paid advertising).
  • Manage website content updates and ensure it aligns with brand standards and marketing goals.
  • Utilising website analytics to manage and adjust the SEO strategy.
  • Track and analyse digital campaign performance metrics to improve ROI.
  • Oversee CRM systems and data to segment customers for targeted campaigns.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, newsletters, and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital and CRM initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Continuously track and evaluate ROI and the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Work with broader analysis teams to ensure Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPI reporting using Power BI (or equivalent) reporting on key Digital / CRM metrics; with a view to recommending improvements and upgrades.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and IT, to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, sales & marketing colleagues and agencies for specialised digital marketing projects.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, email marketing, and CRM management.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing tools such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Storyblok, Customer.io, GA4, GTM and SEO tools (or their equivalents).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with analysis software.
  • Keen interest in AI tools using a ‘test and learn’ approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter, results-driven and works to deadlines
  • A team player
