Operations Manager (Sales) – Off the Plan Apartments

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager (Sales) to take ownership of the sales operations function for our Off the Plan property portfolio.

This is not a sales role. Instead, you will be accountable for the systems, processes, reporting, and governance that underpin a high-performing sales team.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will lead the operational backbone of the sales function—ensuring pipeline visibility, data integrity, accurate forecasting, and streamlined processes. Your work will enable the sales team to focus on conversion and customer relationships, while you ensure the engine behind them runs efficiently and intelligently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise the end-to-end sales operations function, including pipeline management and CRM governance
  • Maintain and continuously improve CRM systems to ensure accurate, real-time opportunity tracking
  • Design and deliver sales reporting, dashboards, and performance insights for leadership
  • Lead sales data integrity, ensuring consistency across all systems, reporting, and documentation
  • Drive forecasting processes, pipeline reviews, and revenue tracking in partnership with the Sales Manager
  • Oversee contract administration processes for Off the Plan sales, including compliance requirements such as Anti-Money Laundering obligations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability across the sales function


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in sales operations or senior sales administration, with clear ownership of systems and processes
  • Exposure to Off the Plan property sales or real estate development highly regarded
  • Strong analytical capability with a focus on accuracy, structure, and data integrity
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets (Excel), Smartsheet, and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot or property-specific systems)
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Commercially aware, with a natural inclination toward process improvement and operational efficiency
