About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Marketing Lead to oversee the delivery of project-level marketing activities across our allocated developments. Reporting to the Project Marketing Manager, you will operate as a senior marketing voice, guiding strategy, driving project awareness, and supporting sales conversions. In this role, you will also step into a leadership position, directly managing and mentoring our Marketing Assistant and Graphic Designer.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign & Collateral Management – Coordinate the development, implementation, and tracking of advertising campaigns and marketing collateral across various product types and project timelines.
- Digital & Content Marketing – Manage property listings across platforms like realestate.com.au, Domain, A-D.com, and Urban.com.au. Write engaging, on-brand copy for brochures, websites, social media, and eDMs, while managing updates and landing pages via WordPress.
- Social & Community Engagement – Oversee a baseline of exposure through social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and external community groups. Develop content for community notices and construction updates to engage residents and stakeholders.
- Strategy & Reporting – Analyse campaign data, prepare weekly performance reports, and conduct market research, including competitor media sweeps and mystery shopping.
- Event & Budget Coordination – Plan and execute project-specific events (e.g., sales office openings, sod-turning events) and manage project budgets alongside the Project Marketing Manager.
- Brand Integrity – Ensure absolute brand consistency, legal compliance, and accuracy across all messaging, marketing materials, and communication channels.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring a growth mindset and a collaborative attitude to our small team environment. You must possess:
- A Tertiary Degree in marketing paired with at least 5 years of experience, preferably within the property industry
- Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring team members
- Strong project management, time management, and copywriting skills
- Experience taking responsibility for marketing budgets and tracking media schedules
- A strong understanding of marketing systems, reporting, and workflow optimisation
- The confidence to operate as a senior marketing voice at the project level
