A full-time position has now become available within our Operations Team based in Burton, SA.

Working with the existing team, this role is responsible for ensuring safe, effective, efficient, and responsive service delivery to customers. With a focus on operational performance and driver compliance, you will also maintain strong teams with a ‘Can Do, Will Do’ attitude ensuring our employees feel valued, recognised and engaged.

Previous experience in the transport industry in a similar role is essential.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks, dealing with change, and maintaining focus on priorities.

• To liaise with customers and coordinate resolution of issues arising in a timely and effective manner.

• Determine, acquire and allocate resources to ensure efficient logistics operations.

• Relationship management, conflict management and resolution.

• Demonstrated industry experience in transport, logistics or supply chain operations.
