We have a fixed term permanent part-time opportunity (Initial 12 month contract with likely extension) at our Oxley location supporting our Urgent Care Clinic. This is an excellent role for someone who possesses exceptional communication and leadership skills, is proactive and highly organised. This is a great role with an identified career path as an option.
We are looking for someone with the ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team of Medical Receptionists, GPs, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals.
In turn, you will become an integral part of a supported multi-disciplinary team that is focused on patient, family, and community care.
What we are looking for
The successful applicant will possess:
• Completion of an accredited medical receptionist course
• Solid experience with Best Practice software, Medicare, WorkCover, DVA, PRODA and Microsoft Office.
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent personal communication skills with an ability to relate to people at different levels and from different backgrounds
