Growlife Medical is seeking a motivated Digital & Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (15–20 hours per week).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in digital marketing who is looking for part-time work and is passionate about social media, digital communication, brand strategy, and making a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the community.
You will report to and support our Marketing & Communications Lead, helping to shape our social media presence, deliver engaging and educational content that raises awareness of our clinics and health professionals, and support a range of marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Creating and managing engaging, professional, and community-focused social media content across Facebook and Instagram
· Tracking performance, analysing results, and optimising strategies to drive digital growth
· Strengthening Growlife Medical’s online presence through fresh, educational, and modern communications
· Supporting email campaigns, blogs, and website updates
· Assisting with the promotion of clinics, locations, staff, and the Growlife Medical brand
· Collaborating with the Marketing & Communications Lead to deliver the overarching marketing strategy
· Assisting in the development of creative materials
· Supporting the planning and execution of community events
About You
· Experience managing and analysing social media platforms (content planning, creation, posting, and engagement)
· Creative, with the ability to bring fresh ideas to digital communication
· Interest in health, wellbeing, and community engagement
· Passion for building brand awareness and executing brand strategy
· Qualified in marketing, communications, or a related field
· Experience using Canva
· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Qualifications & Skills
· Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
· Social media management experience
· Ability to work independently while supporting the Marketing & Communications Lead
· Knowledge of, or interest in, health and wellbeing
