Job Summary:
- Gain a Certificate III in Information Technology (ICT30120) upon completion
- 12 month duration, Office hours, 1-2 days per week
- Must be currently attending Year 11 or 12 in a Tasmanian-based school
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a School-Based IT Trainee. This role is an expression of interest only, as we are currently gathering potential candidates for future traineeship opportunities. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to complete an accredited qualification while gaining practical experience in data entry and general administrative tasks within the engineering industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist senior IT professionals with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

3. Provide basic technical support to end-users regarding hardware or software issues.
4. Help develop documentation for standard operating procedures.
5. Participate in training programs aimed at enhancing technical skills.
6. Collaborate with colleagues on various projects related to system upgrades or installations.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
