Green Life Clinics is expanding across Victoria and we’re seeking an experienced, commercially minded Practice Manager to lead all operational functions across our mixed‑model clinic — Doctors, dispensary, concierge, and patient experience.
This is a hands‑on, floor‑based leadership role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, lifts performance through people, and knows how to run a clinic like a well‑oiled business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead all clinic functions Doctor operations, concierge, and dispensary — under one unified operational leader.
- Drive commercial performance through smart decision‑making, strong financial oversight, and team‑based incentives.
- Build a high‑performing, accountable culture where staff are coached, developed, and rewarded for results.
- Ensure clinical quality, compliance, and a consistently excellent patient experience across the entire clinic.
- Oversee core administration, reporting, and the smooth implementation of new processes and standards.
What You Bring
- 3+ years’ experience managing daily operations in a large private medical practice or multidisciplinary clinic.
- Experience managing a team and budget in a clinic environment.
- Strong commercial mindset. You understand KPIs, utilisation, staffing ratios, and operational levers.
- Experience with 3CX, Halaxy, or equivalent clinical software.
- High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to compliance and process.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and respond quickly to operational needs.
- A dynamic leadership style that motivates staff and builds trust.
- A reliable car and open driver’s licence (travel may be required).
