Dispensary Manager – Eastlands

Newly Created Role | Commercial & Operational Leadership in a Highly Regulated Clinical Environment

This role will introduce a stronger on‑site operational and commercial leadership within our new Eastlands, Ringwood Clinic (opens May 4th). As the Dispensary Manager, you will divide your time between hands‑on duties and broader leadership responsibilities that strengthen compliance, workflow, staff capability, and commercial performance.

This position is ideal for an experienced dispensary technician or retail dispensary professional who is ready to step confidently into leadership. You will work closely with the Pharmacist in Charge, taking ownership of daily operational structure, staff development, and commercial outcomes to ensure the dispensary operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Background as a dispensary technician, pharmacy assistant, or similar role in a regulated retail environment
• Demonstrated leadership capability or readiness to step into a leadership role
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and operational processes
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to balance hands‑on tasks with leadership responsibilities
