What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead day‑to‑day clinic operations across multiple sites, maintaining high standards and strong team performance.
- Monitor workflows, service quality, and productivity — stepping in early when standards slip.
- Drive commercial outcomes including appointment growth, outreach activity, and patient reactivation.
- Respond rapidly to staffing gaps, sick calls, or operational issues to maintain clinic stability.
- Conduct compliance checks including informed consent audits, call quality reviews, and adherence to procedures.
- Deliver ongoing coaching, training, and fortnightly structured development sessions.
- Support rollout of new processes, ensuring consistent adoption across all clinics.
- Provide weekly written performance reports and daily Slack targets to keep teams aligned and accountable.
- Respond to Google reviews and manage patient feedback themes.
- Assist with rosters, timesheets, and general clinic administration as required.
What You Bring

5+ years’ experience in multi‑site operations, clinic management, retail leadership, or a similar fast‑paced environment.
- A commercial mindset — you understand KPIs, performance levers, and how to drive revenue and efficiency.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, correct, and uplift team performance.
- High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to compliance and process.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and respond quickly to operational needs.
- A reliable car and open driver’s licence (travel between clinics is essential).
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build trust with frontline teams.
