ABOUT THE ROLE
This
is a permanent position with a monetary allowance and includes teaching
responsibilities. The role will commence
in 2026 by negotiation.
The
Director of Outdoor Learning is responsible for the strategic leadership,
development and delivery of a comprehensive outdoor education program across
the School. This includes curriculum-based
outdoor learning, cocurricular programs, service learning and the oversight of
all camps, tours and experiential learning opportunities. Working collaboratively with senior leaders
and teaching staff, the Director plays a central role in enhancing student
engagement, character development and the overall student experience.
