As we continue to grow, we are seeking committed Disability Support Workers to join our Accommodation & Living team under an individualised model of support.

About the Role

You will be part of a consistent support team delivering high quality, person centred care aligned to the participant’s individual goals, health needs and daily living requirements.

This role suits professionals who are reliable, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional support within a collaborative team environment.

You will be supported by strong organisational systems, clear communication pathways and ongoing opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Positions Available

  • Part Time: 50 to 65 hours per fortnight
  • Casual positions available

Shift Requirements

Applicants must be available for:

  • Early morning shifts: 6am to 9am
  • Evening shifts: 3pm to 9pm
  • Minimum three sleepover shifts per fortnight
  • Weekend work each fortnight

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months experience in disability or a related field
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (highly regarded)
  • Other relevant qualifications (e.g Nursing or Patient Transport) viewed favourably
  • Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
  • Competency in Medication Management and Administration
  • Experience in Mealtime Management, including PEG feeding
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Employee Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Capacity to meet the physical requirements of the role, including manual handling
  • Ability to provide two current professional references
