💼 What you’ll be doing
As a Claims Officer, you’ll manage travel insurance claims from start to finish, with support, coaching and training along the way. A typical day can be:
- providing care and support for our customers when they need us most
- reviewing documents and information carefully
- speaking with customers and other stakeholders to gather details and provide updates
- working through information and making thoughtful decisions about claims
- keeping accurate records and staying on top of multiple moving parts
- contributing to a team that values quality, learning and continuous improvement
