About the role
This is a full-time role, based in our Sydney office. You will:
- Direct the future of some of Australia’s key heritage sites.
- Provide independent accurate heritage advice on statutory frameworks, materials conservation and heritage management .
- Plan, manage, draft and deliver a variety of heritage projects including: strategic planning; heritage assessments and impact statements; conservation management plans; condition assessments; and heritage interpretation planning.
- Manage a range of consultant and sub-consultant teams.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Contribute to proposal and tender preparation.

About you
You bring:
- 10+ years of experience as a heritage professional .
- A Master’s degree in Heritage Conservation or a related discipline.
- Qualifications in architecture, planning or related fields highly desirable – registered architects, a strong advantage.
- Detailed understanding of NSW and Commonwealth heritage legislation.
- Conversant with heritage management issues, including built heritage.
- Excellent writing and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Graphic skills will be an advantage.
