This role requires you to work on-site at our Ringwood
office, conveniently located close to the train station for those utilising
public transport. We value collaboration and believe in providing a supportive

Your Primary Role will be to:
- Deliver
a Red-Carpet service by addressing a diverse array of customer needs
through calls, email, and live chat, all while maintaining strict
compliance with regulatory requirements and adhering to our quality
assurance framework.
- Proactively
contribute towards team and business process enhancements in alignment

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Must
have a minimum of 2 years call centre experience
- At
least 1 year’s proven experience working within an Electricity and Gas
retailer
- Ability
to work full‑time hours across Monday to Friday and participate
in Saturday rosters as required
- Be a
self-driven individual who will put in 100% to succeed.
- Strong
communication & comprehension skills, both written and verbal.
- Consistently
showcasing a strong aptitude for learning and development.
- Going
the extra mile to provide exceptional support to both the team and our
valued customers.
- Resilient,
empathetic, and attuned to our customers & business needs.
- Strong
analytical skills, attention to detail, and an acumen for problem solving.
- Have
proficient computer skills with good typing speed/accuracy, coupled with a
comprehensive understanding using MS Office suite.
- Be a
supportive team player.
- Strong
work ethic – willing & able to work overtime when
necessary.
- Having
additional language skills is a bonus and highly values as we strive to
provide exceptional service to our diverse customer base.
