Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, as well as setting up meetings for our sales team. This is a remote position based in Manchester, NorthWest M1.
Skills:
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
– Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a remote setting
– Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies
– Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
– Tech-savvy with knowledge of various online communication tools
Responsibilities:
– Conduct research to identify potential leads within the target market
– Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, or social media platforms
– Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information
– Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
– Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in CRM system
– Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
– Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
– Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory
– Proven ability to meet targets/goals within deadlines
– Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be advantageous
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
