Panel Beater

What We Want:

We’re chasing a skilled Panel Beater to join us at Gino’s Panel & Paint in South Fremantle, Western Australia. You will be responsible for assessing, repairing, and restoring damaged vehicle panels to their original condition. You will work closely with our team to ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.

What You’ll Do:

• Remove, repair, or replace damaged panels.
• Straighten and align car frames and chassis.
• Use various hand tools & specialized machinery.
• File, sand, and prep panels for painting.
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within given timeframes.
• Liaise with other team members and management to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a professional automotive workshop.
• Relevant trade certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency with panel beating tools & equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings & repair instructions.
• A strong commitment to safety protocols and workplace health and safety.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Good communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.

• Prefer a valid driver’s license (not essential).
