Apprentice Automotive Glacier Fitter & Repairer

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated person to join our team Reflect Auto Glass & Calibration based in South Fremantle, as an Apprentice Automotive Glacier Fitter & Repairer.

As an apprentice, you will undertake a formal apprenticeship in the removal, repair, replacement and calibration of automotive glass in vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the fitting and repair of automotive components under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Prepare vehicles for glass installation, including cleaning, priming and safe handling of materials
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the workshop.
• Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills and knowledge.
• Assist in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration following windscreen replacement, under supervision
• Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn the trade

Qualifications:

• A genuine interest in automotive technology and repair.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or experience in a related field is advantageous but not essential.
• Current Drivers Licence
