Job Summary: 

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven property professional to join our property team. The Property Consultant will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and acquiring properties for telecommunications infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with landlords, Strata managers and committees by ensuring a seamless onboarding process. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and telecommunications and a talent for sales and client engagement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Managing a portfolio of sites and overseeing the full SAED process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, Strata Managers and Owners Corporations.
  • Collaborate with the planning and design team to ensure expectations are met to gain approvals to build.
  • Liaise and assist the build team to gain access for construction activities.
  • Maintain portfolio reports and records. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the take-up of infrastructure. 
  • Represent the company at industry events, information sessions, community functions and committee meetings.  
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in company systems. 
  • Effectively explain and educate stakeholders on the telecommunication network and how it operates  
  • Explain and enforce regulatory requirements in line with the Telecommunication Act 1997  

Required Qualifications & Experience: 

  • 2-5 years in a property related field  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Technical understanding of how telecommunication access networks operate and are installed (FTTP desired).
  •  Bachelor’s Degree or proven property experience
