We are building our team for our brand-new venue! We are looking for a hands-on Front of House Supervisor and energetic Front of House Staff who live for great hospitality.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you’ll work across our multiple dining outlets, helping deliver exceptional guest experiences, keep operations running smoothly, and support on-site events. With a brand-new venue opening, this is your chance to be part of something exciting from day one!

What you’ll be doing FOH Supervisor
- Leading, training, and coaching a vibrant FOH team
- Managing reservations, events, and POS systems
- Maintaining top-notch service and presentation
- Overseeing stock, compliance, and cash handling
- Driving continuous improvement across outlets
What you’ll be doing FOH
- Confidently manage high-volume service to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Provide genuine, knowledgeable recommendations for both food and wine
- Create a warm, engaging atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression
- Maintain consistently high personal presentation and service standards
- Use POS accurately and follow cash/charge procedures
- You may occasionally be required to assist in the on-site Cheesery & Deli as part of the wider FOH team
About you FOH Supervisor
- At least 2 years of hospitality experience
- Coaching experience – an ongoing part of this role
- Solid hospitality leadership skills
- LCQ (or willingness to complete in first month)
- Positive, energetic, and people-focused
- Organised and able to multitask across venues
- Strong communication skills and a love for food & wine
- Reliable transport (we’re 25 mins from Queenstown)
About you FOH
- 1–2 years’ Front of House experience in a busy restaurant or quality venue
- Confidence with à la carte service and proactive guest engagement
- A calm, professional approach under pressure and sharp attention to detail
- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems (preferred)
- Reliable transport to our Gibbston site (no public transport nearby)
- A passion for quality food, wine and creating memorable moments
