Telemarketer & Appointment Setter – Remote | $35 p/h + Bonuses

Are you a proven telemarketer who thrives on the phone and knows how to secure appointments? Get Connects is growing, and we’re looking for mature, experienced callers to join our team.

You’ll be representing clients in real estate, mortgage broking and B2B industries, making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and booking quality appointments that drive business growth.

What we’re looking for:

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in high-volume cold calling & appointment setting
• Proven track record of hitting KPIs
• Real estate sales or mortgage broking experience a bonus
• Current Real Estate Certificate highly regarded
• Professional, resilient and confident communicator
