Joinery Site Installer/Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Installer / Site Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong trade background who can lead from the front, manage site operations, and deliver high-quality joinery installations.

Germax Interiors is known for exceptional quality and customer service specialising in custom made joinery and furniture for the commercial sector for over 40 years.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing on-site joinery installations while coordinating trades, managing timelines, and ensuring projects run smoothly. This role requires a balance of leadership and practical skills, with the ability to step in and assist with installation when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations for joinery installation projects
• Supervise and coordinate installation teams and subcontractors
• Carry out joinery installation work as needed
• Liaise with Project Managers, builders, and other trades on-site
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
• Maintain site safety and compliance with WHS requirements
• Problem-solve and resolve on-site issues efficiently

About You

• Trade-qualified in canbinet making, carpentry, or similar
• Proven experience in joinery installation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• White Card (essential)
• Driver’s licence (essential)
• Must hold valid Australian work rights
