About the Role
As a Practice Manager, you will play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the practice. You’ll create a positive, high-performing environment, ensuring every patient receives personalised care while driving team success and business performance.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- Strong retail or business management experience
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Confidence in managing systems, processes, and day-to-day operations
- A consultative, solutions-focused approach to patient care and sales
- Optical experience is preferred but not essential
- A self-motivated, proactive mindset with an eye for fashion and a willingness to learn
