About the Role

• Guide patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs
• Provide expert advice on lens technologies, coatings and vision solutions
• Basic workshop tasks e.g adjustments, repairs and quality control
• Administrative duties such as appointment book management, banking, entering stock and reporting
• Maintain a tidy practice environment to ensure a positive overall patient experience

About you

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Cert IV dispensing qualification desired but not essential
• Passion to help others
• Out of the box thinker to solve complex problems
