Skills and experience:

If you are someone who loves to provide an amazing patient experience by communicating clearly with patients in a bright, friendly manner, then this role may be for you. We are searching for someone with the following skills:

• Passionate about Patient care and customer service
• Preferably has strong retail experience
• Ability to quickly develop great product knowledge and be confident to share this with our Patients
• A friendly team player with patience, energy, enthusiasm and passion
• Able to be flexible with your hours of work to suit our fluctuating business needs, including weekends, public holidays and late trade
