We’re seeking an outgoing Administrator/Installation Coordinator to manage solar installations for our installers and customers. We need someone confident, organised and good at multi-tasking.
Ideally, you have worked in the solar or electrical industry.
We’re a hard-working but fun team, and if you have a social dog, they’re welcome to join you at the office each day!
About the Role
As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the solar installation goes smoothly for both the customer and our installer. Your day will involve:
- Coordinating site inspections and installations with customers and installers
- Maintaining a high level of communication with all parties involved in the installation process
- Ensuring compliance with procedures to be followed and government rebate applications
- Efficiently and accurately maintain CRM systems
- Issuing invoices, purchase orders and approving payments related to installations
As a successful candidate, you will be:
- Experienced in the solar or electrical industry in some way
- A strong communicator who is confident and outgoing
- Proactive, hardworking and dedicated to providing a solution to any task at hand with excellent attention to detail
- Well and truly competent with computer software
- Willing to learn and be solution-driven
- Able to work in a team environment and autonomously
- Reliable with a positive “can-do” attitude and work ethic, flexible and adaptable, and work well independently and as part of a team
