Prescription Hair Care Manager

Gro Clinics is scaling fast, and our online prescription and telehealth services are a critical growth engine for the business. We’re looking for an experienced Manager to own, lead and scale this part of Gro — driving growth, performance and a best-in-class patient experience.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of healthcare, digital services and commercial growth.

The Opportunity

You will take full ownership of Gro’s online scripting and prescription services. You will lead the team, optimising operations and unlocking growth opportunities. This role is about building momentum, improving performance and scaling sustainably. This is home based role with on-site meetings from time to time.

What You’ll Do

• Drive growth and expansion of Gro’s online prescription and telehealth services in line with business strategy
• Identify and deliver initiatives that increase patient engagement, service uptake and revenue
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of telehealth doctors, nurses and admin staff
• Own operational performance, workflows and KPIs across the PHC function
• Use data and insights to improve efficiency, patient experience and commercial outcomes
• Partner with Operations, IT and other teams to ensure telehealth platforms and processes scale effectively
• Oversee quality, compliance and governance across online prescription services
• Manage reporting and insights via platforms such as Zenoti and HubSpot
• Lead inventory and product coordination for Gro Online Services, including suppliers, pharmacies and warehouse partners
• Support new product development, improved formulations and online innovations to drive revenue
• Train, coach and uplift capability across the PHC team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience scaling or managing telehealth, digital health, online prescription or regulated service models
• Strong commercial and operational mindset with a track record of driving growth
• Confident people leader experienced in managing remote or multidisciplinary teams
• Data-driven, outcome-focused and comfortable owning KPIs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in healthcare or adjacent industries is highly regarded
