About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Technology, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day performance, optimisation, and reliability of Gro’s core platforms. This role will involve hands-on, monitoring, troubleshooting, improving — ensuring our systems are not just working, but working well. Working across multiple platforms, integrations, and workflows, you will be helping to ensure everything connects seamlessly as we continue to grow.
This is a homebased role with occasional requirements to be on-site.
What You’ll Be Doing
System Support & Stability
- Monitor and maintain the health of core systems
- Ensure data accuracy, workflows, automations, and integrations are functioning correctly
- Identify issues early — before they impact clinics, patients, or revenue
- Support clean system structure and documentation
Automation
- Support and improve integrations across platforms
- Troubleshoot sync issues, automation errors, and data inconsistencies
- Work closely with the Head of Digital Technology and external vendors
- Test and validate system changes and deployments
- Ensure data flows are logical, reliable, and compliant
Issue Triage & Resolution
- Act as the first point of investigation for system issues
- Diagnose root causes (not just symptoms)
- Escalate when needed — with clear insights and context
- Own issues through to resolution
Documentation & Enablement
- Maintain system documentation and internal runbooks
- Support development of training materials for teams
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
- Spot manual work that could be automated
- Support rollout of new tools, features, and enhancements
What You Bring
Minimum of 2 years
HubSpot (Essential)
You’re confident working in a live, high-volume CRM environment and know how to keep things clean, functional, and scalable.
- • Building and maintaining workflows
- • Branching logic and conditional rules
- • Enrollment and re-enrollment logic
- • Troubleshooting and optimisation
- • Identifying and resolving workflow conflicts and data issues
Core Skills
- Experience with CRM or operational platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong understanding of integrations and automation
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience with Zapier or similar tools
- Exposure to APIs or integration logic
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
- Familiarity with platforms like Zenoti or Shopify
