We are currently recruiting for a full time Lead Management expert to support our Sales Team based in Southport, Gold Coast. Working together these roles are pivotal in changing the lives of those looking for hair restoration solutions.

About You

You will be self-motivated with a desire to maximise all sales opportunities. To be successful in this role you will need to be flexible, an effective communicator and have the ability to work across a range of priorities. You will understand the importance of exhausting all avenues when it comes to following up leads and opportunities. You will have ability to overcome barriers and navigate through all different scenarios and situations.

The Role

In this role, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage, maintain, and maximise sales opportunities arising from the client database.
  • Follow up leads, opportunities, and clients in a timely manner.
  • Reduce “buyers’ resistance” through effective education of and communication with leads, opportunities, and clients.
  • Conduct calls and consultations with clients as directed by the Head of Sales/Sales Tea,.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the Sales Team.
  • Capture and enter data (e.g., client recommendations, photographs, notes, assessment, quotes).
  • Schedule follow up appointments for clients (phone call, zoom, in clinic)
  • Generally, support the daily business function of the sales team.
  • Answer sales calls.
  • Gather and provide information on leads, opportunities, and clients on behalf of the Head of Sales.
  • Work with the marketing department to maximise the return on local promotions.
  • Promote Gro’s products – including hair transplant, PRP, prescription hair care, non-prescription items.

 The ideal candidate for this role will have/be:

  • Trustworthy, with a high degree of integrity (you do what you say you’ll do, and you’ll say what you do).
  • Comfortable asking for people to pay a fair price for goods and services.
  • Customer first mindset with high standards (“concierge” style service).
  • Low “sales call reluctance”.
  • Able to “close” most sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to perform a wide variety of tasks across the course of a day.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills. “Relatable” for a broad spectrum of personality types.
  • Comfortable both being part of a team and working independently.
  • Excellent task management skills. Gets stuff done without fuss.
  • Possesses instant rapport. Able to build strong client relationships quickly.
  • Comfortable dealing with clients via telephone, zoom, social media chat and in person.
