As we embark on our first development on the Gold Coast we are seeking a talented Site Manager to join our dedicated team of up to 10 site professionals on a $90M Chevron Island project. This multi-residential development showcases our passion for building excellence in one of Queensland’s most desirable locations.

The Opportunity

As our new Site Manager, you’ll bring your proven multi-residential expertise to a permanent, full-time position where your leadership skills will excel.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in multi-residential projects
• Exceptional team management skills to inspire and guide your site crew
• Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies and building codes
• A solutions-focused mindset that turns challenges into opportunities
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders with professionalism and clarity
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• A relevant qualification in Construction Management or equivalent field
• QBCC Open Site Supervisor Licence a must

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your site team to deliver excellence at every stage
• Ensure all construction meets our quality standards
• Complete all project milestones on time and within budget
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Uphold our unwavering commitment to HSE
