GVG is a builder developer with a 37 year legacy in creating thoughtfully designed multi-residential apartments throughout the SEQ. Our expertise lies in developing apartments that enhance liveability in exceptional locations. We’re ready to welcome a new team member who will help maintain our commitment to excellence.

As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and the organisational backbone that ensures our office runs smoothly. In this role you’ll provide exceptional support to visitors, partners, and staff alike.

Your Key Responsibilities include:-

  • Front Desk Management
  • Administrative Support
  • Facilities Coordination
  • Events & Team Support
  • Onboarding Support

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in receptionist role
  • A friendly, outgoing disposition with excellent customer service skills
  • Professional presentation and exceptional telephone manner
  • Well-developed computer skills (Google Workspace experience preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative team spirit
