We are looking to expand our team with a motivated and detail-oriented Estimating Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in the estimating and project planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing detailed and timely estimates for a variety of construction projects
  • Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify scope and material requirements
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure estimates meet deadlines and budget targets
  • Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing and availability information
  • Assist in compiling and submitting professional bid packages
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits as needed
  • Support the preparation of change orders and other project documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of all estimates and related correspondence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field would be highly regarded, but not required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in estimating or a related discipline would be highly regarded
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
  • Solid understanding of construction materials and methods
