Gadd Eco Scapes is a leader in hardscape landscaping and nature play construction, delivering high quality playscapes and outdoor environments primarily to childcare centres across Australia.
Alongside our construction work, grounds and property maintenance has always been a core part of our business and due to continued growth, this sector is now expanding rapidly.
We are seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor (Hands-On) to help lead and support this growing maintenance division, working across residential and commercial properties.
This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the tools while supervising daily maintenance operations.
About the Role
• Perform and oversee grounds and landscape maintenance across residential and commercial sites
• Supervise and work alongside a small maintenance crew
• Coordinate daily work schedules and allocate tasks
• Maintain lawns, gardens and outdoor spaces to a high standard
• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems
• Adjust irrigation controllers and ensure efficient water use
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
• Conduct site inspections and proactively address maintenance issues
• Ensure safety procedures and company standards are met
• Support the continued growth and improvement of our maintenance operations
About You
• Proven experience in grounds or landscape maintenance
• Strong hands on skills and practical knowledge of landscaping practices
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Valid driver’s licence (required)
• Valid Blue Card (Working with Children’s card) (required)
