Job Description:
We are currently looking for a dependable, hardworking Grounds Maintenance Person to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail and a passion for working outdoors. You’ll be
responsible for ensuring our clients’ properties are clean, healthy and looking their best throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming and blowing
• Plant, weed, mulch and care for flower beds, shrubs and trees
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers and blowers
• Assist with seasonal tasks like leaf removal, power washing and planting
• Identify and report issues with pests, irrigation, or plant health
• Always maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Ability to perform physical labour daily
• Valid manual driver’s license
• Valid Blue Card (Working with Children)
