We’re opening the doors to our brand-new Futuro Early Learning Centre in Leppington — and we’re on the lookout for 6 exceptional Room Leaders to join our foundation team. This is your opportunity to help shape a service grounded in Play, Purpose, and Potential, where every child, family, and educator is empowered to thrive.

About the Role – Room Leader

  • As a Room Leader at Futuro Leppington, you will:
  • Lead your own room with professionalism, warmth, and vision.
  • Guide and support a team of educators to deliver meaningful, play-based programs inspired by Reggio Emilia philosophy and aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Develop strong relationships with families, children, and colleagues.
  • Be a mentor and role model, ensuring best practices and compliance every day.
  • Contribute to a collaborative culture where everyone is committed to high-quality outcomes.

What You Need:

  • Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education (essential).
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in an early childhood setting.
  • Current First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis certificates.
  • Valid Working With Children Check and Child Protection Certificate.
  • Confidence to take on the Responsible Person role when required.
  • A growth mindset and readiness to help build a centre from the ground up.
