Summary:
We are seeking a motivated PA / Accounts Administrator to join our boutique Sydney-based recruitment consultancy, Fusion People. The role provides administrative, accounts, and operational support to a collaborative team, including the Managing Director. This is a permanent, full-time position offering hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, exposure to senior leadership, and clear career growth into EA or Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and accounts.
- Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by the director.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative.
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
- Australian Citizen or have permanent residency or permanent working rights
