Summary:

We are seeking a motivated PA / Accounts Administrator to join our boutique Sydney-based recruitment consultancy, Fusion People. The role provides administrative, accounts, and operational support to a collaborative team, including the Managing Director. This is a permanent, full-time position offering hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, exposure to senior leadership, and clear career growth into EA or Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and accounts.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required by the director.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Australian Citizen or have permanent residency or permanent working rights
