About the Role:

The FTI Group Site Installation and Technical Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of site installations, from initial product planning to production through to installation, installation review

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Aftersales Service Team. This includes overseeing all post-sale services to maximise operational efficiency and service quality
  • Conduct site visits daily for aftersales service, product training, trouble shooting, rectification, site safety/QA and product opportunities
  • Conduct on site survey for NPS
  • Analyse clients feedback to improve service processes and enhance client retention
  • Communicate constraints, achievements and future planning with direct manager and relevant department leads
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure project is completed to FTI Group’s quality standards.
  • Adherence to safety regulations and ensure all installations comply with industry codes of practice
  • Regularly review processes for improvement to optimize profitability and service quality
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on findings from site visits
  • Effectively market and oversee sales to meet client and department objectives
  • Effectively deal with any customer issues and complaints
  • Monitor and work towards monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Champion our “frictionless customer service” offering to our clients
  • Champion the FTI Group’s values and compliance against policies and procedures

Skills and Experience

  • Thorough understanding of FTI Group’s products or services
  • Proficient technical skills in installation methods, reading blueprints and being across projects from start to finish
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, delegate tasks and ensure project success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with team members and clients
  • Ability to analyse issues and make timely decisions to resolve challenges on-site   
  • Ability to coordinate and organise activities for the after-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and improved sales
  • Willingness to travel interstate as required
