We are seeking a passionate Retail Stylist/Assistant to join our team and provide an exceptional in-store experience. This part-time role requires availability for 10-15 hours per week, with the ability to work weekends being essential.
As a key member of our retail team, you will:
- Offer personalised styling advice to our customers, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand values.
- Ensure the boutique is beautifully presented, assisting with visual merchandising and stock presentation.
- Support in achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall commercial performance of the store.
- Build strong relationships with new and returning customers, offering outstanding customer service.
- Assist in stock management, inventory tasks, and reporting as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in high-end retail.
- A passion for styling and an eye for detail.
- A warm, confident communication style and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A team player mentality with flexibility to work weekends.
