Driver – Medium Ridged Licence

Fresh Leaf is a fast growth fresh herb and leafy greens business with significant growth opportunities from operational expansion and optimisation of our sustainable farming models. We’re focused on evolving a traditional industry of leafy vegetable growing from diminishing market gardeners to a new technology driven and sustainable format.

The Role:

We have an opening for a license medium ridged driver.

The purpose of this position is driving our medium ridged truck and picking up produce from our farms and to further assist with completing and finalising all fresh produce for palletising and dispatch in cold environment.

We are offering either a full-time permanent position on a rotating 6-day roster, Monday – Saturday, or a casual position working similar depending on preferences and experience.

Key Tasks:

• Driving medium ridged truck
• Loading and unloading produce at our farms
• Assist logistic team in handling produce
• Complete inwards/ourwards order documentation as required
• Assist in the preparation of products (dating finished products etc)

Skills and Experience:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, logistics or warehouse environment (essential)
• Team player with a fantastic work ethic and can-do attitude
• Forklift licence (essential)
• MR heavy vehicle licence (essential)
• Attention to detail focus and driven, always looking for ways to improve from the status quo
• Reliable and consistent
• Own transport required to get to site.
